Who you are dealing with

Each listing says whether you are contacting a direct owner, a developer, or a verified agent. An agent’s home is never presented as the owner’s.

“Identity checked” means the seller’s identity was reviewed. It is not a guarantee of the title.

“Verified broker” or “Verified agency” means a current practising credential and permission to advertise that property were reviewed. The Estate Agents Registration Board does not endorse SokoEstate.
