How to read a listing
What the price, place, seller label, and sample flag mean before you enquire.

Every public listing shows a place, a price, and who is advertising it. The place is a neighbourhood and a county, not a street address. Exact location stays with the seller until you choose to make contact.
A price marked per month is a rental. A price without that note is an asking price for sale. Sample listings are demonstration inventory and are labelled as such.
The seller line tells you whether the advertiser is a direct owner, an agent, or a verified agent. A verified agent mark is granted only after a super admin reviews an uploaded licence. Paying to advertise does not create that mark.
