List property starts with the kind of property, where it is, and whether you are the owner or an agent. The mobile number is the last step, because that is what creates the account.
Owners advertise as an individual. Agents can upload a licence. The licence stays private until a super admin reviews it. Approval is what shows the verified agent mark.
Advertising prices are shown after the seller account exists. The seller dashboard opens after a listing term or an agency plan is paid. Buyers can browse, save homes, and message sellers without paying.
